Terms and Conditions are a crucial aspect of any service or product, serving as a legal agreement that outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the provider and the user.

By using this website and Errand Angels' services, users confirm that they have read and understand the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as the "User Agreement"). This Agreement governs the use of our services. Errand Angels will collect, utilize, and maintain information in accordance with the Agreement.

• All client-provided information is confidential and will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy and proprietary information guidelines. Errand Angels reserves the right to decline any tasks, errands, or job requests deemed immoral, unethical, or unsafe.
• While a 24-hour notice is preferred for all requests, it is not mandatory. We will endeavor to fulfill your requests promptly.
• The availability of jobs and tasks is contingent upon our staff's capacity.
• A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for services; otherwise, a $25 fee will be charged as a cancellation fee if the service is not carried out.
• We primarily serve Habersham, White, Rabun, and Stephens Counties but also cover the entire Northeast Georgia area for errand services. Services outside these areas may be subject to additional charges.
• New clients may be asked for a deposit to cover estimated expenses and labor. Payment is due upon service completion unless prior billing arrangements exist.
• Errand service fees cover only the services provided and do not include the cost of goods. Reimbursement for goods is expected upon delivery, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
• We will execute orders according to their terms and conditions, provided they are legal, ethical, and moral. We reserve the right to refuse service requests at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change.

The Fine Print:

• Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. 
• Fees accrue in 15-minute increments following the initial hour. 
• The hourly rate does not cover the cost of purchases. Mileage is billed at $0.67 per mile beyond the initial 20 miles of service. 
• We accept all major credit cards, cash, and local checks as well as Venmo, Zelle.
•  Gift certificates are available.

1. Use of Our Services:

   Errand Angels provides a platform that enables users of Errand Angels' Services to arrange and schedule the fulfillment of many different kinds of requests.

A. Eligibility

   This agreement is between you and Errand Angels. You are required to read and accept these terms before utilizing the Services. Non-agreement prohibits the use of the Services. The Services may only be used if you are able to establish a binding contract with Errand Angels, and only if you adhere to this Agreement and comply with all relevant local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

To use Errand Angels' Services, you must be at least 18 years old or be supervised by a parent or legal guardian who will assume responsibility for your actions. Errand Angels may, in certain cases, request proof of identity to set up your account or to access or use the Services. You understand and consent that access to or use of the Services may be denied if you decline to provide proof of identity. The Services are inaccessible to any users who have been previously removed by Errand Angels.

B. Errand Angels Services

   We reserve the right to modify the Services without prior notice, discontinue any Service or features, or impose usage limits at our discretion. Your access to the Services may be terminated or suspended, or certain orders may be refused, without notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, particularly if you breach any term of this Agreement. Even after termination, you remain obligated under this Agreement.

2. Our Proprietary Rights

   The Services and all materials contained or transferred thereby, including, but not limited to, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs (the "Errand Angels" content), and all Intellectual Property Rights related to them, are the sole property of Errand Angels and its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from any Errand Angels Content. Any use of the Errand Angels Content not expressly allowed by this Agreement is strictly forbidden.

   You may be invited or choose to submit comments or ideas about the Services, including but not limited to ways to improve the Services or our products ("Ideas"). By submitting any Idea, you agree that your disclosure is voluntary, unsolicited, and without restrictions, and will not place Errand Angels under any fiduciary or other obligation, and that we are free to use the Idea without any additional compensation to you, and/or to disclose the Idea on a non-confidential basis or otherwise to anyone. You also acknowledge that Errandables' acceptance of your submission does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to Errand Angels, developed by its employees, or acquired from sources other than you.

3. Pricing

   Upon placing your order or request, you will be informed of the total price, allowing you to confirm the amount before billing. The quoted price covers only the billable time and excludes mileage rates or expenses incurred from purchasing goods through vendors, stores, or third-party providers of goods and services. The provided pricing remains valid for 30 minutes.

   A. Billing Policies

    Errand Angels reserves the right to introduce new services with additional fees and charges or modify existing fees and charges for current services at its sole discretion. Changes to pricing or payment terms will take effect immediately as stipulated in this Agreement. Acceptance of billing via any utilized messaging platform constitutes a definitive confirmation of acceptance and is legally binding. Payments can be made online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in US dollars. Other electronic payment methods and local checks are also accepted.

   B. Refund and Cancellation Policy.

   You are entitled to cancel an order within 24 hours unless it has already been processed, which is indicated by the transaction amount being charged to your credit card. Errand Angels reserves the right to cancel any order, and you will be informed if this occurs. Payments made before an order is canceled by Errand Angels are typically refunded using the original payment method. However, if an order is canceled after it reaches the 'Un-cancellable' stage, you will incur charges. Errand Angels has the sole discretion to decide if an order is 'Un-cancellable.' For instance, if a customer requests a food delivery and then cancels when the delivery is nearly complete, Errand Angels will not issue a refund.

4.Privacy

   We care about the privacy of our Users. Errand Angels is committed to protecting your privacy. All information collected about you is held with the utmost security. We never pass on, sell, or exchange any of your personal details with third parties. This information is solely used to process your orders, send you our monthly newsletter if you opt-in, and to customize your experience with our services. You understand that by using the Services you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information and aggregate data as set forth in our privacy policy, and to have your personally identifiable information collected, used, transferred to and processed in USA.

5.Security

   Errand Angels cares about the integrity and security of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk. We rely on the security of third-party entities for payment transactions and web/email hosting. we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. 6. Indemnity

   You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Errand Angels, along with its agents, managers, employees, contractors, from all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) that arise from: (i) your use and access to the Services, including any data or content you transmit or receive; (ii) your breach of any term of this Agreement, including any representations and warranties; (iii) your infringement of any third-party rights, including privacy and Intellectual Property Rights, and any rights of Third Party Providers; (iv) your violation of any law, rule, or regulation; (v) any misleading, false, or inaccurate information submitted through your account; (vi) your intentional misconduct; or (vii) the use of the Services by any party with your unique username, password, or other security code.

7.  Limitation of Liability 

    The declared value indicates the maximum liability of Errand Angels. Any claims for damage or loss must be reported to Errand Angels within 72 hours of the delivery or drop-off of items. The Client assumes any loss exceeding the declared value. If you are dissatisfied with the Service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service. Moreover, you acknowledge that any unauthorized use of the Services, due to your negligence, would cause irreparable harm to Errand Angels. Errand Angels will consider any such unauthorized use as being governed by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.

   Errand Angels shall not be liable for:

   (i) any claims resulting from an act of God, force majeure, the authority of law

   (ii) any loss, damage, or delay beyond our control for any reason

THIRD PARTIES

   Should you choose to relay or transfer any consultation, data, or information provided by Errand Angels to a third party as a recommendation, please be aware that you do so at your own risk.

   You agree not to forward any data or information provided in confidence by Errand Angels to any third party without their explicit consent. The Client shall indemnify Errand Angels against any loss, actions, proceedings, costs, claims, and damages that may arise directly or indirectly from a breach of the client's obligations under this Agreement, or from any ramifications caused by a third party's reliance on advice, data, or information given by the Client that originated directly or indirectly from Errand Angels.
