This Policy does not apply to other contractors, or to the personnel of Merchants and Vendors, which are subject to separate privacy policies.

Anonymous information and information that has been de-identified such that it cannot identify you is not Personal Information.

- Identification Documents and Signature for Age-Restricted Products, such as a driver's license or other government-issued ID, which we may handle in specific situations like when ordering age-restricted items (like alcohol) or products that necessitate age and/or identity verification for legal and regulatory adherence.
- Communications with Errand Angels encompass the content of in-app messages, SMS/text messages, chats, phone calls, and emails related to our services, including customer support inquiries and outreach. This includes the date and time of communications, the method or channel used, any call recordings (if applicable), and the outcomes, actions, and/or resolutions from these communications, along with other relevant information.
- You also provide content that you create or share, such as reviews about experiences on our platform, ratings of employees who deliver services or merchants you order from, and any photos you upload.
- Regarding Payment Information, this includes credit or debit card details and information about the payment methods and services (like PayPal or Venmo) used for purchases through our Services. While payment information is primarily stored and processed by our third-party service providers, including payment processors, we may retain and process limited payment-related information, such as the last four digits of a payment card, the name of the issuing financial institution, and the payment service used.
- Activities and transactions involving our Services include details about the type of service and products ordered, order history, cart contents, special order instructions (such as dietary or delivery preferences), transaction totals, gift cards purchased, features and functionalities engaged with, survey responses or market research participation, promotional involvement, and photos or videos related to your activities and transactions with our Services, including our referral program and other special initiatives (including information about those who have sent or received gifts or referrals). Device Information encompasses data about the computers, phones, and other devices used to access Errand Angels or our Services, such as internet protocol addresses, device-specific identifiers, operating systems and versions, preferred languages, hardware model identifiers, browser types and settings, and other device-related information. Some of the information you choose to provide us, specifically government-issued identification and your signature, is received when we verify age and identity, as well as the authenticity of a submitted government-issued ID for certain orders (such as alcohol orders) to prevent fraud and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- We also receive precise location information to facilitate deliveries and enable certain content, features, and functionality within our Services. - To Provide and Personalize Errand Angels Services, which includes enabling you to place and pay for orders and requests, facilitating the orders and requests made through our Services, allowing participation in promotions and contests, offering promotions, special deals, and opportunities, permitting the purchase/order of our gift cards, showcasing publicly posted reviews, photos, and other content, and personalizing your experience based on preferences, location, and past usage.
- To Offer Customer Support, which involves exchanging communications, investigating, analyzing, and resolving issues related to order delivery, service fulfillment, and employee performance, assessing and enhancing our customer support, and ensuring issues are addressed according to our internal standards, processes, requirements, and applicable laws.

- To Merchants: Consumer Health Data may be shared with Merchants in relation to your orders or Services, including your name (e.g., first name and last initial, or full name), delivery address (if the Merchant is handling delivery), and order details (such as purchased products, allergies, special instructions, or other delivery instructions).
- To Service Providers: Consumer Health Data may be disclosed to our service providers to meet business requirements and deliver our Services, encompassing data sharing with cloud and IT services, payment processors, communication services, customer support, safety, fraud and security services, and audit firms.
