Our errand running, personal assistance and concierge services are versatile and offer many options. We are able to accommodate various requests based on your needs and requirements. 

 Yes! Our goal is to provide you with your own regular, consistent scheduling and attendance. You will know when to expect your requests to be completed.

Absolutely! We encourage our clients to provide as much information as possible to carry out the tasks requested.  

General scheduling is recommended a week in advance, but with our subscriptions we offer prioritized scheduling within a 24 hour window. 

Indeed, Errand Runners may be tasked with making purchases for you. We prohibit the exchange of cash or cards between clients and employees. Instead, Errand Angels covers the expenses incurred during your service and includes the cost of your purchases in your invoice at the time of billing.

 We are a non-medical company. Employees of Errand Angels are not permitted to provide medical services that require a licensed medical professional, such as administering medication, performing medical procedures, or offering medical treatment.

 Our policy strictly prohibits employees from engaging in any illegal or unethical activities. We are committed to upholding a high standard of integrity and professionalism, which requires all team members to consistently adhere to both the law and ethical guidelines.
